Women's Health Coverage needed in suburbs of Chicago!
- Facility is open Mon-Sat, open to flexible schedule.
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week.
- Duties of the provider: IUD insertions/removals, birth control, well women's exams, prenatal care
- Must be board certified WHNP or FNP.
- Must have IL license.
