Salary: $130k - $180k (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join a growing gynecology program focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about preventive care, reproductive health, and building meaningful patient relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, including wellness exams, reproductive health services, and problem-focused visits
• Diagnose and manage a variety of common women’s health conditions
• Perform office-based procedures such as IUD insertions, contraceptive implant placement, and biopsies
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing to guide clinical decisions
• Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care

What You Bring

• Active Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses
• National certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• At least 1 year of experience in a gynecology or women’s health setting
• Proficiency in performing in-office GYN procedures
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR systems)
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a strong plus
