Job description • We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our outpatient women’s health team.
• The provider will focus on comprehensive gynecological and women’s health services in a supportive clinical environment.
• This role focuses on preventive care, reproductive health, and gynecologic services. Please note that this position does not involve labor or delivery, and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) will not be considered for this role. New Gynecologists may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women’s health evaluations and routine gynecologic examinations
• Diagnose and treat common gynecologic conditions and reproductive health concerns
• Perform preventive screenings such as Pap smears, breast exams, and STI testing
• Manage contraception counseling, family planning, and menopausal care
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Provide patient education on reproductive health, preventive care, and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
• Active or eligible state license as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in women’s health or gynecology preferred
• FNP candidates will not be considered for this role
• New Gynecologists may also be considered

Working Hours

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic schedule
• No labor or delivery responsibilities

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and gynecologic care skills
• Knowledge of women’s health and reproductive medicine
• Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
