Full-time permanent position (1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week)
• Hospital-owned urology practice
• Collaborative surgical team environment
• Physician-supervised outpatient setting
• Daytime schedule – No weekends or holidays
• Salary range: $115,000 – $135,000 annually
• Located in Brattleboro

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office-based procedures
• Provide patient and family education
• Manage post-operative and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary staff
• Adhere to OSHA and universal precaution standards
• Support departmental clinical operations
Qualifications
• Active Vermont APRN License – Required
• Two (2) years Urology nursing experience – Required
• Healthcare Provider CPR – Required
• DEA License – Required
• Credentialable by Medical Staff – Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
• ANCC Certification – Required

• Daytime outpatient schedule
• No weekends
• No holidays
