Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner in Toledo, Ohio. This is a 4 day per week position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Role Description:
-
Manage acute changes in condition, chronic conditions and advanced illness.

Advance care planning.

Prescribe medications according to applicable state law.

Order and follow up on diagnostic testing and treatments.

Coordinate with nursing staff and collaborating primary care physicians.
4 days on-site, 8am–5pm, in either Toledo & Waterville, OH (2 days each) or Alliance & Brook Park, OH (2 days each)
Requirements: - At least 1 year of primary care NP experience (preferably with geriatric population)
- Ohio NP licensure
- Active DEA License
