Date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: 32 patient-facing clinic hours per week
Practice Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine / Urgent Care
Patient Volume: Approximately 16 patients per shift
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Minnesota license required
Required Certifications: BLS
Required Skills: Urgent Care, family medicine, acute care visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, patient evaluation and treatment
Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Support Staff: Dedicated RN, 1:1 Medical Assistant, onsite phlebotomist, and onsite Physical Therapy
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Coverage Type: Outpatient clinic coverage with no call responsibilities
