Date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: 10-hour shifts; minimum commitment of 3 consecutive shifts
Practice Setting: Urgent Care / Walk-In Clinic
Patient Volume: 16+ patients per shift
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active Minnesota license required
Board Certification: Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible accepted
Required Certifications: BLS
Required Skills: Urgent Care, acute illness evaluation and treatment, minor injury management, patient assessment, outpatient procedures, and walk-in clinic coverage
Provider Type: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 APP, and 1 office staff
Facility: Level II Trauma Center
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
Coverage Type: Outpatient urgent care coverage with no call responsibilities
Preference: Local or drive-in providers preferred
