Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $140,000–$150,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational and employment-related physical examinations.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Triage and manage workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and return-to-work recommendations.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and outside healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Collaborate with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant medical documentation.
- Promote employee health, wellness, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and occupational health regulations.
Qualifications
Required
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible for Washington licensure)
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- DOT Medical Examiner Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, or Employee Health
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Passion for preventative medicine, employee wellness, and workplace safety
