This facility is seeking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Urgent Care for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: 3 days/week as soon as credentialed until perm is hired: 8a-8p
- Patients per day:patient population is birth to death and can vary from clinic to clinic, day by day
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Laceration Repair: Simple, intermediate, and complex suturing or stapling, Incision and drainage (I&D): including packing, Foreign Body Removal, Minor Burn Management, Skin Lesion Care, Orthopedic & Injury Stabilization, Splinting & Casting, Joint Reduction, Diagnostic & Point-of-Care Testing, X-Ray Interpretation, Electrocardiogram (EKG)
- State Licensure: VA license required
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
