A growing multi-specialty urgent care clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, and deliver exceptional care while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute, episodic, and chronic medical conditions.
Perform comprehensive medical histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, clinical findings, and evidence-based practices.
Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies.
Provide appropriate follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
Coordinate referrals to specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers as needed.
Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, preventive care, and wellness strategies.
Promote patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance with clinical standards.
Adhere to all organizational policies, healthcare regulations, and professional practice guidelines.
Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Current and active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Previous experience in urgent care, primary care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish trust and maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team.
