Role Summary:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNPC) to deliver high-quality urgent care services across our clinics. You will see patients of all ages, diagnose conditions, manage treatment plans, perform minor procedures, and work collaboratively with clinical staff.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNPC) to deliver high-quality urgent care services across our clinics. You will see patients of all ages, diagnose conditions, manage treatment plans, perform minor procedures, and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive compensation with premium pay for overtime
- Sign On Bonus: up to $20,000 (amortized over 1 or 2 years)
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000 to help with moving expenses
- Annual CME allowance (typically $2,000–$3,000 per year)
- SCI (Strategic Care Initiative): Annual bonus based on prior-year earnings.
- Incentive opportunities tied to performance and clinic needs
- Paid time off and major holiday closures
- Optional administrative hours to support charting and documentation
Job Responsibilities
- Order and interpret labs and imaging
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, I&Ds, splinting)
- Complete clinical documentation in EMR
- Collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Valid and active DEA registration.
- Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience as an FNP.
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care strongly preferred.
- Able to work independently in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
