Opportunity: NP/PA - Walk-In Care (Casual)
This is a casual (PRN) opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide walk-in care services. You'll join a supportive team delivering acute care in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Job Details:
- Provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages in walk-in and urgent care settings
- Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
- Work independently while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention in patient care
- Rotating schedule between Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic and Detroit Lakes Urgent Care
- May include potential shifts at outreach clinics in Walker or Menahga
- Typical shifts include 8-11 hour days with 18-24 patients per shift
- Work alongside 2 providers and 2 nurses per shift
- Experience in Walk-in, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine is a plus
- Master's or Doctorate degree required for NP; Bachelor's/Master's degree required for PA
- Current state licensure and national certification required
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
