Facility:

This facility is a well-established clinic offering walk-in and urgent care services to the community. The clinic features modern medical equipment and a collaborative team environment with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff dedicated to providing high-quality acute care.

Opportunity: NP/PA - Walk-In Care

This is a casual (PRN) opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing team delivering acute care services. You'll work in a fast-paced, fulfilling environment where you can utilize your full range of medical expertise.

Job Details:

  • Casual (PRN) status with varying schedule
  • Typical schedule may include 8-11 hour days at Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic and Detroit Lakes Urgent Care
  • Potential for 8-hour days in outreach clinics in Walker or Menahga
  • Work with 2 providers and 2 nurses per shift, averaging 18-24 patients daily
  • Park Rapids Walk-In Clinic hours: 8:00am-6:30pm M-F, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm
  • Detroit Lakes Urgent Care hours: 8:00am-7:30pm M-F, 8:00am-3:30pm Sat & Sun
  • Outlying clinics open 8:00am-4:30pm, M-F
  • Experience in Walk-in, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine is preferred
  • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
  • Work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals
  • Provide care to patients of all ages, from newborn to elderly
  • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention
  • Requires excellent customer service skills
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant program required
  • Current state licensure and national certification required

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
