IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care team at in Fort Wayne, IN!

Position Details:

  • Full Time, Day Shift
    • 3 12-hour shifts per week (8:00am-8:00pm)
    • Rotating weekend shifts
  • No call
  • 100% outpatient
  • 30-40 patients per day
  • Provide care for patients aged 3 months and older
  • Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals

Qualifications:

  • FNP or PA certification required
  • At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
  • DOT certification preferred
    • Provider must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
