We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a weekend call locum opportunity in Pennsylvania.
Schedule
- Weekend call coverage: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
- 24-hour call shifts
- Coverage needed 3 weekends per month
- Start: May 2026 | Ongoing
Clinical Details
- Hospital-based role managing cardiothoracic surgery patients
- Average 4 hours/day of callbacks including rounding
- Adult patient population
- Responsibilities include urgent surgical support, post-cath lab cases, and vein harvesting
Support
- APP team environment with surgeon backup available
- 163-bed hospital with established cardiac services
- EMR: EPIC
