Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner Locum Opportunity in Greenville, SC!

Join a busy neurosurgery practice in Greenville, South Carolina, working alongside a collaborative team of six physicians. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced neurosurgery NP seeking a flexible locum assignment with hands-on procedural work.
The Role
- Provide inpatient and clinic-based neurosurgical care for adult patients
- Perform procedures including diagnostic/therapeutic taps, surgical care, suturing, EVD placement, lumbar drains, lumbar punctures, ICP monitor placement, and primary surgical closure of complex wounds
- Round on patients each morning before clinic
- Work alongside 1–2 physicians in clinic daily (Monday–Friday), with dedicated support from 1 RN and 4 MAs
- Epic EMR
Schedule
- 10-hour (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) or 12-hour (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) shifts
- One weeknight call and one weekend day per call week (call is onsite)
- Clinic patients scheduled 9:00 AM–3:30 PM
Requirements
- Board Certified in Neurosurgery
- Active South Carolina license (licensing candidates cannot be considered)
- Clean background
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
