Provide Inpatient Neurointerventional Surgery Coverage
Respond to Code Strokes
Provide Post-Procedure Inpatient Care for Neurointerventional Surgery Patients
Evaluate and Manage Adult and Geriatric Neurointerventional Patients

Requirements
AANP Board Certification - Required
Virginia Nurse Practitioner License - Preferred
Active ACLS - Required
Active BLS - Required
Neurocritical Care Nursing Experience - Required
Clean Professional Background - Required
No Malpractice or Licensure Issues - No Exceptions
Submission Requirements
Must Disclose Whether Provider Has Previously Worked Within the Health System
If Previously Worked Within the Health System, Include Facility, Last Date Worked, and Agency
Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 120 Days
