Join a respected surgical team performing complex coronary artery bypass, valve replacements, aortic reconstruction, minimally invasive procedures, and DaVinci robotic thoracic cases. Job Responsibilities
- OR first assist for cardiac and thoracic surgeries
- Pre- and post-operative patient evaluation and management
- ICU and step-down unit management
- Robotic-assisted thoracic surgery support
- Endoscopic vein and radial artery harvest
- Chest tube and arterial line insertions
- Daily inpatient rounds and discharge summaries
- Participation in structured call rotation
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 3 years of Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery experience
- Eligible for Washington State licensure
- Active DEA registration
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency in robotic-assisted thoracic procedures strongly preferred
