Job Responsibilities
• Manage trauma admissions, emergency surgeries, and inpatient care
• Assist surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management
• Perform patient assessments, order/interprete diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
• NP Certification (ANCC or AANPCB)
• State NP license
• BLS certification
• 2+ years trauma or acute care surgery experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomy, and ability to work overnight shifts
