Medicus has partnered with a leading facility in eastern North Carolina that has an opening for a Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: 6:30a-7p or 6:30p-7a
- Setting: 16-bed cardiovascular ICU
- Required Procedures: Central and arterial lines, chest tube placement and removal, thoracentesis, intra-aortic balloon pump removal, Swan-Ganz placement, bronchoscopy, pacing wire removal, and feeding tube placement
- Team Structure: 5 academic intensivists and 6 APPs
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
