- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do
- Provide advanced clinical care for cardiothoracic surgical patients
- Assist in cardiac surgeries, including performing endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting
- Manage ICU and surgical patient care, including rounding and evaluations
- Participate in outpatient clinics and operating room coverage
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
- Develop and implement treatment plans and follow-up
- Prescribe medications and bedside procedures as needed
- Maintain detailed, high-quality documentation of all patient care
- Demonstrate clinical judgment and work independently under physician oversight
- Stay current with continuing education and organizational policies
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-stress clinical environment with flexibility and teamwork
What You Need
- Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum of 2 years of cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgical experience
- Strong clinical skills in ICU patient management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
