Qualifications

Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio

National board certification (AANP or ANCC) aligned with patient population

BLS (ACLS preferred in some settings)

DEA registration (or ability to obtain, if prescribing)

Strong assessment, patient communication, and management of common acute & chronic conditions
