• Seeking an experienced Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner for a locum outpatient opportunity in Yardley, Pennsylvania
• Provider will manage pulmonary patients in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment with physician supervision and dedicated clinical support staff
• This role focuses on pulmonary follow-up care, medication management, spirometry and PFT follow-ups, and same-day sick visits
• Excellent opportunity for providers who enjoy continuity of care and outpatient pulmonary medicine
• EPIC EMR system utilized throughout the practice
• Immediate coverage need due to an unplanned provider resignation

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct follow-up visits for pulmonary function testing (PFT) and spirometry results
• Provide medication management and treatment adjustments as needed
• Perform same-day sick visits and hospital follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC EMR
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and medical assistants to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients regarding respiratory conditions, medications, and treatment plans
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania CRNP license required
• Minimum 1 year of Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must meet all facility vaccination requirements
Working Hours
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5 x 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• No call responsibilities
• 30-minute meal break included
