Job description

Job description 13-week locum assignment from November , to February. • Provide comprehensive behavioral and mental healthcare to patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, and perform assessments. • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions. • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as authorized. • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals. • Educate patients and families and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license eligible for practice in North Dakota. • Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification through ANCC. • Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record. • BLS certification from the American Heart Association. • ACLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. • 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. • 40 hours per week. • 30-minute meal break. • No on-call duties.

• Psychiatric assessment and patient care. • Diagnosis and treatment planning. • Medication management. • Patient counseling and education. • Clinical documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
