Locums – Fort Wayne, Indiana, Psychiatry NP Job

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 2–3 months

Schedule & Coverage:

• Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage

• 8-hour onsite shifts

• Shift options:

  • 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• No call required

Practice Details:

• Inpatient psychiatric setting

• Patient population: Youth and/or adults

• New and established patients

• Caseload of up to 20 patients

• EMR: WellSky

• Psychiatric medications administered onsite

• Suboxone certification not required

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct inpatient psychiatric rounds

• Provide medication management

• Participate in treatment team meetings

• Evaluate and manage new and existing patients

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric experience

Required Certification:

• BLS
