Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Part-Time Hybrid
San Jose, California
We’re hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who wants a flexible hybrid schedule, competitive hourly compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in behavioral health.
You’ll step into a part-time outpatient role focused on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, individual counseling, and ongoing mental health treatment. You’ll exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient stabilization, recovery, and long-term wellness.

What makes you a great fit
• You are a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• You hold an active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license
• You have current DEA registration and BLS certification
• You meet California 104 NP status requirements
• You’re comfortable evaluating, diagnosing, and treating psychiatric conditions
• You value trauma-informed, patient-centered care
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Vietnamese are a plus
Compensation & Benefits
• $78–$90 per hour
• Estimated annual compensation: $32,448–$37,440 based on 8 hours per week
