You Receive:
- $150,000 to $160,000 + production

Job Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring effectiveness and side effects.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide patient education and mental health counseling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and EHR documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Stay current with mental health best practices and emerging trends.
• Provide confidential, high-quality telehealth services as needed.
• Comply with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a Psychiatric-Mental Health focus.
• Board certification required.
• Outpatient mental health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably Valant.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, plus one week per month of overnight call from home.

Dr. Roland Segal and Dr. Ehab Abdallah are co-founders, while Dr. Lauren Bonner brings more than 25 years of experience and Dr. Ryan Hashem specializes in addiction, outpatient, and emergency psychiatry.
