Houston, TX – Psych NP – 4 day week - to 155K + benefits
- Seeking Psych NP for fulltime W2 opportunity
- $135k - $155k range, with RVUs base + bonus model
- Treat mostly adults, with some juvenile cases
- Mild to moderate patient acuity
- Mostly Medicare seniors doing routine family medicine
- Evals + med management. 25-30 patients / day
- Flexible schedule for patient and provider considerations
- Prioritizing avoiding burnout and making a long-lasting relationship
- Position qualifies for a comprehensive onsite support team, and will feel like family
- Enjoy “4/10” flexible schedule - very attractive!
- No call
- Integrative care model, work alongside a supportive and collaborative team of MDs, Mas, etc.
- Hybrid (in person + remote) schedule with 2-3 days remote possible
