Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We're growing our Behavioral Health program and adding a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to help build a strong, patient-focused team. This isn't a replacement position. We're expanding because the need continues to grow. You'll be one of three dedicated behavioral health providers helping to shape the program's future while delivering quality, in-person care to the community.
The team believes behavioral health is best delivered through relationships. We're looking for someone who enjoys working alongside colleagues, being present with patients, and becoming part of the community they serve.
Practice Settings
- 100% Outpatient only
- 4-day work week
- Average 8–12 patients per day
- 60-minute new patient visits
- 30-minute follow-up appointments
- AI scribe is available to reduce documentation
- Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
