Job description

Location:
Spokane, Washington – a vibrant, four-season city offering immediate access to outdoor recreation in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Residents enjoy biking, skiing, hiking, lakes, and mountains just minutes from downtown. Spokane offers a high quality of life, affordable living, excellent schools, and a growing medical community.

Healthcare Organization:
A well-established, private neurology practice with a strong referral network, modern new clinic space, onsite clinical research facilities, and a supportive administrative team.

Opportunity:
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner position offering full practice autonomy, exceptional flexibility, and the ability to design your preferred schedule, hours, and workload. This role replaces a long-standing, well-liked PMHNP and steps directly into a full, busy patient panel with strong ongoing demand.

Details:

  • 100% outpatient with no hospital call, no after-hours responsibilities, and complete control over scheduling, vacations, and hours
  • Established patient demand supported by an extensive referral network
  • Mix of neurologic conditions seen in the practice (headache, dementia, movement disorders, general neurology), with strong ongoing need for psychiatric services
  • TMS program available with two chairs and technicians; opportunity to significantly increase earnings
  • Telemedicine fully supported (Medicare-covered), allowing flexible work hours and remote options
  • Newly built clinic with ample free parking and onsite clinical research division
  • Optional participation as a sub-investigator in active clinical trials, including current Alzheimer’s disease research; excellent additional income potential
  • Ownership opportunities available in the neurology practice, research division, and building LLC (not required)
  • Academic/teaching opportunities available through two local medical schools
  • Four-season outdoor lifestyle with biking, hiking, skiing, and lake activities all nearby

Compensation: 40% of collections, typically $120,000–$240,000+ depending on caseload, visit length, and optional TMS involvement. Full benefits from day one: medical, dental, vision, and robust 401(k)
