Facility:
This facility is a freestanding 70-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital specializing in mental health services. The hospital provides comprehensive psychiatric care with dedicated support staff including social workers, court evaluators, and an on-site pharmacy to ensure quality patient care.
Opportunity:
Board Certification Eligible - Psychiatric ARNP
Job Details:
• Full-time Monday-Friday position (40 hours per week)
• No weekend or call coverage required
• Regular hours from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Average daily caseload of 12-15 patients
• Approximately 3-4 admissions per week
• Patient population consists of involuntary patients with serious mental illness
• Treat conditions including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder
• Experience with inpatient population strongly preferred
• Board certification strongly preferred but not required
• Must have active Washington state license or IMLC
• BLS certification required
• Credentialing timeframe is 90-120 days (expedited privileges possible with clean history)
• Assignment duration: January through May 2026
• Start date: January 1, 2026
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
Estimated Hourly Rate: $100 - $115
