Location: Winchester, VA
Opportunity: HYBRID! Part time or Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
This position is responsible for medication evaluation and management to a range of clients having psychiatric/mental health and substance abuse disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, under the supervision of consulting psychiatrist(s). This position serves under the supervision of an NWCSB Lead Psychiatrist and designated primary supervising physician, as in accordance with Virginia licensing requirements for Nurse Practitioners.
- VA Psychiatric and Mental Health Family Nurse Practitioner License required, ANCC PMHNP preferred
- Current Prescriptive Authority required
- Experience in mental health services or with behavioral health and/or substance use disorder populations required
