Job description

Job description Job Description:
Client is a private, members-only medical practice specializing in concierge primary care, precision medicine, preventive healthcare, longevity, and proactive health management. The practice combines traditional clinical medicine with advanced diagnostics, laboratory and biomarker analysis, imaging, genomics, nutrition, and lifestyle assessments to develop personalized healthcare strategies.

Client emphasizes clinical excellence, discretion, responsiveness, and meaningful long-term relationships with its members. Its collaborative care model brings together physicians, advanced practice providers, nutrition professionals, and external specialists to deliver comprehensive, individualized care.

Client is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its clinical team in Beverly Hills, California. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for a patient-focused healthcare professional who values personalized medicine, preventive care, and long-term patient relationships.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, interpret diagnostic findings, coordinate treatment, and support ongoing health management.

With appointments lasting approximately one hour, the Nurse Practitioner will have the opportunity to conduct thorough evaluations, discuss health concerns, and develop individualized treatment and prevention plans. This role is well suited to a clinician with strong primary care fundamentals, sound clinical judgment, and an interest in concierge medicine and precision-focused healthcare.

Experience in concierge, functional, integrative, or longevity-focused medicine is beneficial but not required.

Precision Medicine Support: Contribute to the clinical interpretation of advanced diagnostics, laboratory testing, and relevant patient health information.
Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nutrition professionals, and external healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and appropriate follow-through.
Patient Education: Explain diagnoses, test results, treatment options, and lifestyle recommendations in a clear, compassionate, and accessible manner.
Continuity of Care: Monitor patient progress, track outstanding results, and ensure timely follow-up on clinical recommendations.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and timely medical records and prescription-related documentation.
Quality Improvement: Participate in refining clinical protocols, workflows, and care delivery processes to support consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Member Experience: Deliver attentive, discreet, and responsive service while building trust and fostering lasting patient relationships.
