Position Overview
Join a private, members-only medical practice in Beverly Hills dedicated to precision medicine, preventive healthcare, longevity, and personalized health management.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who values meaningful patient relationships, comprehensive clinical assessments, and proactive healthcare. Rather than focusing on high-volume visits, the practice emphasizes continuity of care, advanced diagnostics, individualized treatment planning, and long-term health optimization.
Working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will help members understand their health risks, interpret diagnostic findings, and develop personalized strategies to support long-term wellness.
Experience in longevity or functional medicine is welcomed but not required. Strong clinical fundamentals, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and an interest in preventive and personalized healthcare are essential
Job Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive consultations, obtain medical histories, perform physical examinations, and provide follow-up care.
Review laboratory results, biomarkers, imaging studies, and other diagnostic findings within the appropriate scope of practice.
Assess health risks and identify opportunities for early intervention and disease prevention.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Manage medications, prescriptions, and ongoing clinical care in accordance with applicable regulations.
Preventive & Precision Medicine
Support preventive healthcare, longevity, and long-term wellness programs.
Apply evidence-based approaches to lifestyle modification, nutrition, metabolic health, and cardiovascular risk reduction.
Explain diagnostic results and individualized care recommendations to members.
Contribute to proactive health management and early detection strategies.
Member Relationships & Care Coordination
Build lasting relationships through personalized attention, continuity of care, and responsive follow-up.
Coordinate services with physicians, specialists, nutrition professionals, and external healthcare providers.
Communicate complex medical information clearly to support informed decision-making.
Deliver discreet, professional care consistent with a high-touch concierge medical environment.
Documentation & Clinical Collaboration
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation.
Follow clinical protocols, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulations.
Contribute to improving clinical workflows, care protocols, and member services.
Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance care coordination and the overall patient experience
Qualifications
Current California Nurse Practitioner license and any additional credentials required for the intended scope of practice.
Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty.
Demonstrated ability to assess patients, interpret clinical information, and manage ongoing care.
Knowledge of laboratory testing, medication management, preventive healthcare, and clinical risk assessment.
Strong clinical judgment, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish trust-based relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient confidentiality, and high-quality personalized care.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:
Concierge, executive, or membership-based medicine
Preventive healthcare, longevity, or precision medicine
Functional or integrative medicine
Hormone health and management
Metabolic health and weight management
Cardiovascular risk assessment and prevention
Genomics, advanced diagnostics, and biomarker interpretation
Nutrition and lifestyle medicine
