Established Delaware healthcare practices are seeking dedicated, certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs) for outpatient opportunities in Seaford and Milford. Both practices offer strong clinical team support, dedicated after-hours nurse triage, and relocation assistance for providers delivering comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Opportunity Highlights
Option 1: Seaford, DE (Outpatient Practice)

Team Structure: Collaborative outpatient group of 8 providers.

Clinic Hours: Mon/Fri 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Tue–Thu 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional weekend rotation).

Call Coverage: First-line after-hours coverage managed by nurse triage to protect work-life balance.
Option 2: Milford, DE (PCMH Level 3 Practice)

Team Structure: Thriving Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH Level 3) practice with 3 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Clinic Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Fri 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Call Coverage: Nurse triage manages first-line after-hours calls to minimize provider call burden.

Requirements

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP-PC or CPNP-AC/PC)
