Looking for a rewarding pediatric role with an unbeatable schedule and true independence in your practice? A respected youth-serving health and wellness organization is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to run the school-based health center at an Upper Manhattan elementary school.

What You'll Do:
- Serve as the lead clinical provider and day-to-day site leader for the school health center
- Deliver comprehensive primary, acute, and reproductive healthcare to elementary-aged students
- Conduct physical exams, screenings, and developmental assessments
- Administer routine immunizations and maintain program eligibility standards
- Order and interpret diagnostics, coordinate referrals, and manage follow-up care
- Supervise on-site clerical staff and support smooth day-to-day clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with state and city health regulations and organizational policies
- Participate in occasional after-hours on-call rotation
What We're Looking For:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Comfort working independently, without on-site physician support (physician collaboration is off-site)
- A warm, culturally responsive approach to working with children, families, and school staff
