Job Responsibilities
• Screen for health risks, psychosocial factors, and health promotion needs
• Develop individualized care plans and provide education, counseling, and guidance
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe and manage pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and school staff
• Accurately document patient interactions in the EHR
• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and policy development
• Promote effective communication with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications
• 2–3 years experience in adolescent or pediatric care preferred
• Current unrestricted RN and NP license in North Carolina
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
