About the Role
We’re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a clinic in southwestern Washington on a permanent basis. This opportunity offers a 4-day workweek, no call requirement, and a highly competitive package that includes unlimited PTO and full benefits—all in a coastal community setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
- Conduct well-child visits, preventive care, and patient/family education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff
Qualifications
- Eligible for licensure in Washington
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
Working Hours
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
Call:
- No call requirement
Patient Visit Length:
- 30 minutes for new patients
- 15 minutes for follow-up visits
