- Hospital employed practice seeks a BC/BE Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join their team
- Salary: $146,000+ includes quality incentives up to $13,500 annually, RVU bonus based on annual threshold
- Join four physicians, and two allied health professionals
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home
- Average 15-20 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Population: 35,000
- Rural area offering a healthy work/life balance
