Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Clinical Evaluation:
Support physicians by identifying patient care needs and recommending appropriate treatment approaches.
Conduct patient interviews, physical examinations, and comprehensive medical assessments.
Obtain, update, and review patient medical histories.
Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate diagnostic and treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory studies, imaging, and other clinical evaluations as appropriate.
Develop and implement individualized patient management plans.
Provide ongoing continuity of care through follow-up evaluations and treatment adjustments.

Clinical Procedures & Treatment:
Perform therapeutic procedures, including:
Administering injections.
Managing wounds and infections.
Performing trigger point injections.
Performing joint injections.
Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, wellness, and care instructions.
Provide guidance and counseling to support patient recovery and health goals.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care services in medical records.
Ensure documentation meets clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Follow infection control policies and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
Stay current with healthcare regulations, clinical guidelines, and professional standards.
Participate in continuing education, professional development, and clinical improvement initiatives.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members.
Communicate patient information clearly and professionally.
Contribute to overall team success by supporting organizational goals and patient care initiatives.
