Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a growing outpatient pain management practice near Tempe, Mesa, and the Southeast Phoenix market.
This is a strong opportunity for an NP interested in chronic pain, spine care, musculoskeletal medicine, and specialty practice growth. The incoming provider will work closely with physicians and support staff in a collaborative outpatient environment.
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner looking to grow in a high-demand specialty field with strong clinical support and competitive earning potential.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up visits and treatment plan reviews
Support patients with chronic pain, spine conditions, and musculoskeletal concerns
Collaborate with physicians and clinical support staff
Provide patient education and care coordination
Document clinical findings and treatment plans accurately
Monitor patient progress and outcomes
Support efficient outpatient specialty workflows
Qualifications
Active Arizona license or ability to obtain
Pain management, spine, orthopedics, PM&R, or neurology experience preferred
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Team-oriented clinical approach
New graduates with strong specialty interest may be considered
