A health services network in the Hudson Valley of New York is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide care to adult patients at a well-established center in Orange County.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day
Responsibilities:
- Providing care focused on pain management
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers
- Administering appropriate treatments
- Writing prescriptions for opioids when necessary
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Master's Degree
- NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible / Certified
- BLS certification
- DEA certification
Desired Skills:
- Certification in Pain Management
- Experience with EMR systems
