Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative team. The incoming provider will work closely under physician supervision, ensuring continuity of care. Both experienced professionals and new graduates eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed history and physical exams to assess a wide range of chronic pain conditions
• Develop tailored treatment plans combining medications, interventional procedures as well as other supported modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 25–30 individuals
• Handle medication refill requests and support ongoing patient care
