Job description
We are seeking experienced, licensed clinicians to join a leading artificial intelligence initiative as a Medical AI Auditor. In this role, you will leverage your hands-on healthcare expertise to train, evaluate, and benchmark advanced AI models against real-world clinical standards and documentation practices. This is an autonomous, non-clinical position with zero direct patient care, no on-call requirements, and no scheduled shifts—ideal for practitioners seeking flexible, high-impact work at the intersection of medicine and technology.
Job Responsibilities
Develop Evaluation Rubrics: Build and apply detailed grading rubrics to measure model performance against complex healthcare regulations and standards.
Validate Domain Content: Ensure the models correctly interpret medical terminology, clinical documentation conventions, and diagnostic/treatment workflows.
Review Clinical Documentation: Audit notes and case reviews at a practitioner level, anchoring decisions in current evidence-based guidelines and patient context rather than routine habit.
Work Independently: Execute audit batches self-sufficiently using provided AI tools, rubrics, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active or recent clinical license as an RN, NP, PA, MD/DO, PharmD, or allied health license requiring independent clinical judgment. Licensure verification requested.
Location Requirement: Must currently reside in the United States.
Workstation: Personal, reliable desktop or laptop computer with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical stamina, and the ability to follow intricate guidelines without direct supervision.
Screening Assessment: Ability to complete an unpaid starter assessment (approximately 1-2 hours), which serves in place of a traditional interview.
Working Hours
Schedule: Fully flexible; choose your own days and hours.
Hours: Minimum commitment of 5+ hours per week (10+ hours per week preferred).
Skills
True Autonomy: 100% remote work with complete control over your schedule—log in whenever and wherever it suits your life.
Non-Clinical Impact: Utilize your medical license without the physical and emotional demands of direct patient care or bedside burnout.
Direct & Streamlined Hiring: No multi-round interview panels—passing the starter assessment clears you for onboarding within 24 to 48 hours.
Resume-Building Experience: Gain direct, resume-defining experience auditing frontier AI technology for healthcare applications.
