Job description
A growing regenerative and integrative medical practice in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its expanding clinical team.
The practice provides non-surgical treatment options for arthritis, sports injuries, chronic joint pain, autoimmune conditions, hormone-related concerns, and wellness goals, including PRP, cellular therapies, joint injections, HRT/TRT, peptide therapy, weight-loss programs, and IV therapies.
Position Highlights

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage appropriate musculoskeletal conditions, including arthritis, joint pain, and sports-related injuries.
Review and interpret X-rays and MRIs.
Perform ultrasound-guided joint injections using a handheld Butterfly ultrasound device.
Perform joint and spinal injections with appropriate clinical technique.
Provide PRP and cellular therapies.
Evaluate, treat, and monitor female and male HRT/TRT patients.
Administer IM and subcutaneous injections and educate patients regarding self-administration when appropriate.
Administer or oversee IV hydration, vitamin, nutrient, and wellness therapies.
Support peptide and weight-loss treatment programs according to established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, expected benefits, limitations, risks, and realistic expectations.
Monitor treatment response and modify care plans as clinically appropriate.
Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation.
Follow HIPAA and applicable federal, state, and professional requirements.
Qualifications
3+ years of clinical experience.
Experience in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Pain Management, or Regenerative Medicine preferred.
Demonstrated experience and confidence with joint and/or spinal injections.
PRP and/or cellular therapy experience highly preferred.
HRT/TRT experience highly preferred, or willingness to develop expertise.
IV therapy experience or certification preferred.
Experience with injectables, PRP, or related procedures is desirable.
Board certification preferred.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment skills.
Excellent communication and patient-education skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
