• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner
• Must have 6+ months of post-training experience as an NP in outpatient orthopedics
• Must have 6+ months of experience with bracing, casting, splinting, and injections
• Outpatient-only position, providing care in the clinic and through telehealth
• Monday-Friday, 9a-5p
• Ability to work 3-5 days per week
• Part-time or full-time options available
• Call schedule to be determined
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required
• H-1B visa sponsorship available, if needed
• Assess and diagnose fractures through clinical evaluations and imaging studies
• Perform nonsurgical fracture reductions within scope of practice
• Monitor fracture healing and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Perform joint aspirations to evaluate joint effusions or suspected infections
• Administer ultrasound-guided intra-articular injections for pain relief and inflammation management
• Apply casts, splints, and orthopedic braces to stabilize musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
• Ensure appropriate alignment and immobilization of injured body parts
• Review and interpret X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, and other imaging studies
• Collaborate with radiologists and orthopedic surgeons on diagnosis and treatment planning
• Coordinate patient care and rehabilitation with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide quality in-person and telehealth care while meeting established patient volume expectations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and follow-up care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Active New York State NP license required
• DEA registration required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Salary range: $130,000-$145,000
