Position Highlights:

Compensation/Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $142K - $172K annually based on experience

Qualifications:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with orthopedic or trauma experience required
- Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients and families
- Excellent documentation and clinical record management skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
