*Requirements:
  • Active, unrestricted OR License
  • Board Certified
  • Oregon DEA
  • Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
  • ATLS & BLS Certifications
*Skills: Adult & Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery Care, Suturing, Emergency and Trauma Care
*EMR: Epic
*Patients per shift: 12
*Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
*Rate: $100-105/hour
