Job description
Summary: We are seeking a versatile Nurse Practitioner to join an innovative ophthalmology and wellness practice in Connecticut. As we expand our scope of services beyond advanced vision care, you will play a crucial role in delivering holistic, cutting-edge therapies—ranging from specialized dry eye treatments to hormone replacement and non-invasive aesthetics. This is a flexible part-time opportunity in a modern clinical setting that bridges the gap between eye care, medical aesthetics, and whole-body wellness.
Job Responsibilities
Perform Dermasensor skin cancer screenings (valuable for periocular and facial health) and order TransCranial Dopplers.
Oversee BTL device treatments: EMSELLA (incontinence), EMSCULPT NEO (orthopedics), and EXION (Microneedling + RF).
Manage weight loss programs and peptide therapies.
Administer Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT / BioTE).
Qualifications
3+ years of NP experience (Required).
Background or strong interest in ophthalmology, optometry, dermatology, or medical aesthetics is highly desirable.
Preferred experience with dry eye treatments, BTL devices, HRT/BioTE, weight loss/peptides, or Dermasensor scans.
Working Hours
Part-Time: 2 days per week (flexible days).
Hours: Scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (flexible).
Skills
Unique Clinical Setting: Be part of a pioneering practice that beautifully integrates specialized eye care with whole-body wellness and aesthetics.
Schedule Flexibility: Choose your 2 working days and adjust hours within the shift window.
Advanced Tech: Work with industry-leading medical, ophthalmic, and aesthetic devices.
Practice Expansion: Play a key leadership role in a growing clinical environment as we broaden our scope of services.
