• Full-time permanent position
• Four 10-hour day shifts
• No nights or weekends
• Paid call shared equally
• Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient consults
• 19-chair infusion center with in-house pharmacy
• Multidisciplinary oncology team (2 Oncologists + 1 NP Locum)
• Residency within local area required

• Residency within local area required
Job Responsibilities
• Perform patient evaluations and treatment management
• Support chemotherapy and infusion services
• Collaborate with radiation oncology and support services
• Participate in inpatient consults as needed
• Function within APP scope of practice and licensure
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
• Communicate effectively with referring providers
Qualifications
• AONCP Certification (or in process) – Required for NP
• Oncology subspecialty training – Preferred for PA
• Oregon License (or willing to obtain) – Required
• Ties to Oregon – Required
• Oncology experience (inpatient/outpatient) – Preferred
• Clean malpractice history – Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
• Full presentation required prior to name clear
Working Hours
• No nights
• No weekends
• Shared paid call
